Not a Local, But...

I will add my 2 cents.
I like the photo theme days. I really like, when the theme is something differrent.
 Ex.: ATL, a few weeks ago, had a jeans theme day. was great.
Different theme days are good. Just have the theme, so most of the ladies will feel like and will want  
to post.
Team jersies would be Kool.

Late addendum. Today's ATL theme is Plad Schoolgirl skirts.

Some Ideas

1) little piggies (toes)
2) in the kitchen cooking or baking  
3) in the shower or bath tub
4) yoga pants and/or spandex....sports bras....sexy workout/yoga/aerobics/calisthenics theme
5) domestic (vacuuming, dusting, changing kitty litter, mowing the lawn, etc)

I think the theme day posts are really overdone and have become quite lame and boring.  To now complicate it with rules is just going to cause a train wreck.

Wish the DC board would do one a week and not allow a provider to post the same pic within a four week period.  One local provider only has four pic's and she retreads them continually.
