I will be in DC without a car in a couple of weeks and am doing my research.  I may be back with more questions but this is my first concern:

How active is the B&S activity in DC?  Can I trust the agency to send the lady I request?  Are the independents photo's accurate?   This last question is based on my experience that this may be one of the most ignored questions in the checklist of item completed in a review.
