Hello!

I am planning to visit early June and was looking for advice on where to stay.  Are some neighborhoods more convenient than others?

I love most when I have a jacuzzi tub in my suite, any suggestions? PM's are welcome, please do not post hotel names here, thank you!

Should I get a rental car or do you have good public transportation, and is the city easy to navigate?

What would you consider a "must see" for a first time DC visitor?  (Ok, ok.  I went to a Greatful Dead show there years ago but I never saw more than the lot and the freeway lol!)

And... drumroll... as important as anything else... what restaurant has the best eggs benedict?
