i have made a recommendation to TER as to identify the good VIPs for who they are.. this TER is getting VERY popular and i have seen some questionable reviews on provider by a member with a SINGLE review.. and also others who are clearly somone who is not a vip member..  so i told the TER we should have a system like eBAY where you know who are the good trust worthy sellers and buyers.. a true rating system .. then we know who is nice and who is not..

TER is greatest thing since slice bread we need to protect it from going down the tube..
