I think that this is indeed a new twist(for the better) for TER.
I posted a review on the SF reviews and it was posted in one day as well.
The one aspect I have noticed is that if the review is long (mine are) that sometimes the review will "time out" and need to be re-written, a total drag!
Other than that, the review process is improved, unless you want to edit your review after posting it.

Don't know if it is the new format or just a fluke...but a review I submitted yesterday has already posted.  Hope this is now the norm !

Im not sure what changed but they do approve reviews Much faster. I hope this is norm too, I also noticed they are stricker if you mention ANYTHING about the providers Past. If you do, the reivew might not be approved. For example if you mentioned that she used to be a dancer, it may not get approved.

I'm still about 50 behind but oh well.

Same here. Several of my last reviews, some of which were done a day apart, were approved in less in 48hrs.
