Catherine, the fall season in this area of the States is usually glorious. We have had a very punishing summer, so suggest you may wish to wait until mid-September, at least, IMO. Have a safe trip regardless of the time you travel. Welcome.
Your photos are beautiful. But understand that DC is a discriminating market. Your rates compared to what you offer (per your profile) raises questions in my mind as to how financially successful a DC visit might be. But good luck.

Don't know what you think you're seeing that I don't. Only five reviews: Mixed at best. Then, check the prior history of the good reviewers versus the mediocre ones. My comment stands. I wish Catherine well.
