I think several people would like meeting you in the NY area provided the rates are reasonable.  There have been some providers from the UK that have come over and charged exorbitant fees in these tough economic times.

well we do have to pay for our flights and hotels etc and if we didn't make that money back we would be losing out, if we only make that amount back we would be doing it for free, I don't charge too much anyway, the rates would be the same as my London rates on my web site, but in dollars of course :p
