Looking at your reviewed providers, "...never offered to me, that says a lot" and "I'm pretty confident", uh, two strikes on you, my fella monger. I won't throw any names in the mud so I'll leave it as is.
Question for you, how many of them have kids? The point is, if I protect myself, what do I care what a provider does on her own time?! Though, I'll draw the line if I see needle tracks. I don't know if I catch her on the highs (I'll pay extra for that) or the lows (oh, gosh, I might get stabbed). Illogical, I can't dispute it.

Plus, if I've seen a lady a minimum of 10-15 times and it was never offered to me, that says a lot.
Haven’t been to any of the Kgirl agencies yet nor a provider that does BBFS, but maybe they are doing that to keep the volume down for health reasons? Still seems cheaper than most higher end providers.
If you are playing for extra pop, does mean you have pay the extras twice? Then it can be expensive if so.

It says that she didn't offer it to YOU. With others, it might have been a different story. It also might have been different if you had discretely inquired.
They are not mutually exclusive. At the lower end of the market, it's $100. At some of the K-girl agencies, almost all of which now usually have at least one girl offering BBFS, it's $200 (😡🤬😤).
