I tried to get myself screen with Dcintro. The bad part about this was they require you to put your work info . They never call me back . My work info is floating around for nothing . Kudos to agencies who doing it the right way .

Before you go posting in public, ( Oh wait you already did) did you ...?

1) E-mail them with an inquiry?
b) Check your spam bin for a reply?

2) I noticed you didn't state how long between providing information and posting this message.
b) Was there a weekend involved, between the two points in space time ?

3) Did you leave a voice-mail with enough information, that when listen to they could find your app and get back to you?

I only mention this because these are the most common barriers Providers have to contend with in the pursuit of providing happiness. For example, today I was left a voice message which was completely unintelligible I suspect because of technology and the number given is incorrect.

I'm sure that guy will post here tomorrow that I didn't call him back.

Well if this isn't one of the gentlemen that I blacklisted over the weekend then Id be more than happy to address the issue. First off you are not required to submit work info if you have reputable references, date check, or p411 that we accept, also you are absolutely right, we NEVER call you back and never will. You may call at noon and say i call back at 2 or 3 while you just happen to be sitting next to your wife or girlfriend. How are you going to explain that one? You post this under an alias to complain ? Or were you actually look to accomplish something ? I dont have your work info just sitting there, if you sent an email from to the discreet email address that info is not kept.

I actually appreciate this post as I really didnt want to post a thread about it, but as some of you gents know I hired and fired a booking agent just this past week however I have hired another lady that I think will do very well. She will start in a few weeks. Hopefully it all works out...

Thank you general for this post, not trying to hijack the thread.

I finally got around to getting myself approved at a few agencies, one a couple of weeks ago and a few more in the past week, they have too many hotties to ignore at this point.  Contacted a couple of my references first to let them know they would be getting some communications, filled out the online apps and almost everything was in place inside 24 hours (I am going on 48 hours waiting on one of them, they are big and it certainly is not my assumption that they are being complacent or discriminatory in some way).

Again, these agencies exist to make money and if they were denying hobbyists out of laziness or just for shits and giggles, they wouldn't exist any longer.  Similarly, if they were approving hobbyists without first performing their due diligence they wouldn't exist any longer.  

I have yet to see someone post that the "agencies are screwing them" who ended up having a valid point.  These posts only serve to discourage agencies from doing business here which doesn't help anybody.  There are planty of provider options out there (unfortunately) for guys who don't want to play by the safety rules.

With a reputable verification service account and few references, I got screened fast. DC Intro always responds fast on all email inquiries. They have never called me first and the only time I had to call them was for last-minute confirmations for room numbers, which they've answered immediately.

I had a problem getting verified by them and asked a question about it a couple of weeks ago.  I won't repeat the details as you can search for it yourself.  I don't know the details of your experience so I can't comment.  Each agency does what it has to do to feel safe verifying us.  I don't have a problem with that.  My only point was it would be nice/courteous if they would let you/me/us know.  They certainly let you know when you're approved.  If they would shoot you an email saying "we cannot approve you because of blah, blah, blah", then you're made aware of it and it would prevent having to come on here to try and find out why.  The mention of them having to fire someone and the hiring of a replacement makes me think it might have something to do with it but it's purely speculation.  Cheers, Ray
