I guess I'm just in my own little bubble. I had no power outages at home nor my "office". I have friends in various areas that have no electricity, and yard devastation. I helped a friend take a fallen tree out of her yard, yesterday. I've always had a healthy supply of water and candles, so if something DID happen, I'd be okay. I'm just bummed at all the stories I'm hearing from everyone else. I hope the local electric company gets the ball moving to have everyone on the up and up soon.
Did you loose power, if so how long ? Was there anything about being in the hobby help you survive the storm problems ?
My power was out 24 hours. Glad that I had a stash of hobby cash on the side to pay for cash and food at places that were not accepting electronic payments.
