anybody can recommend a good black provider for a newbie, one that allows multiple pops and is a true gfe

You can't go wrong with Jazz/Jasmine/Yasmeen. My first black experience and really awesome. Ashana is on my list for next.  

I'd recommend either Ashana or Reyna.  Both are listed in the reviews.  Both are great, but I think Ashana might be better for a newbie.  She's as nice as she can be.  Check Ashana out on the nearby post.
