I'm sure LE has nothing better to do then read reviews on TER and spend million of dollars busting hobbyist and provider.
I'm sure the is way more important to them then catching murders, rapist, drug dealer and so on.

I'm not going to say too much on this topic, but to will say this, there have been well know hobbyist besides the one you mentioned who was contacted by MOCO and had to have his profile removed for this very reason.  

I believe her.

A point of clarification to my earlier post...the website to which I was referring (and that the provider mentioned) carries the same name as a well-known reviewer who was sought after by LE but the website is nothing more than a blog of LE stings and arrests.  The reference was to the blog not the well-known reviewer.

Also, FYI, those who have sent PMs requesting the name of the provider, please stop...to honor her request for privacy, I'm not revealing it.  Thx

...I doubt that a lady would be targeted because she has reviews, but should she be arrested, reviews MIGHT be used to build a case against her.

it's really not a matter of posting or having reviews per se - it's a matter of standing out beyond that, making a problem of yourself.....    

in the case of many of the providers who have been singled out you will usually find that there are concerns about bbfs or drug involvement or a custody battle or something extra drawing attention -

in the case of the hobbyists,  choosing the wrong associations especially some of the agencies that have not been adequately careful about screening and / or have had a reputation for trafficking have been factors....

LE does have other things to do and also has budget constraints -  some of the above factors will make you low hanging fruit....

stick with non-dramatic people who screen well and keep away from drama yourself is my prescription...

I hope no one in this community is naive to think LE is not lurking TER as we speak.  TER is too easy a source of intel for vice cops.  However, the intel they are looking for is that which identifies the high profile criminal element i.e. "underagers" and traffickers.

It's been my experience and observation that LE targets the "big fish" on TER.  To use a drug enforcement analogy, LE is not concerned with the sellers and buyers of “nickel bags.”  If you’re selling and buying “keys” then you’re gonna attract attention.  Most of us here deal in nickel bag transactions.  The aforementioned hobbyist was prolific in his TER reviews and I would dare say attracted too much attention.  

Also, a former agency head that was rather arrogant in his presence here was targeted and has since disappeared.

Hence, if you're here and you're simply having fun with consenting adults without all the signs LE looks for that others have mentioned: spending time with underage persons; associated with shady Agencies; client of trafficked ladies, then you should be OK.

So on one hand it's BS on the other hand the threat of LE is real as shyt
