Maybe this has been discussed before but is there a formula that TER uses
when assigning stars to their ratings?  Looked back maybe 200 reviews and found
either 4 stars or 4.25 (I guess thats what it is ) or no stars.(these must be enlisted women
or govt employees). I wasnt able to find and 1 or 2 star generals, or is it generalettes.. Perhaps
the grading system needs to be revamped, or we could have an independant review board look in this. Seriously though,
I will say this ,there is a great disparity in the 4 catagory in my mind and it doesnt necessarly correlate to the reviews presented as 4s. Bottom line its all is a bit silly assigning stars. just look at the reviews and make up your own mind from there.
