She also shares personal updates about her life including surgery recovery, moves, tours, and photoshoots.

You’ll see she just had toe shortening surgery. And seems to be based in Australia. I’m reporting it as fake.

No, surgery on her toes. I generally don't recommend surgery for women but looked back far enough in her media and I can understand why she had the surgery. Those two toes in the middle were standing tall and proud before the surgery.
