Dude you need to switch to decaf. I do sympathise with you though. I am an average sort(more ways than the obvious)and my only insecurity is a taller woman(they may kick my ass;that's my real fear). I just tell them my insecurity. They have always complied. I usually ask the taller ladies to maybe go barefoot(and pregnant?NOT). Ninqune problemas.

I usually make it a point to ask them to NOT wear heels for our date - I pick ladies that are shorter than I am for just that reason - I find it very sexy to have her go up on tiptoe to kiss me, or for me to bend my head down for that first kiss.

i don't care if they wear heels or not . if i have to choose it would be no heels i like women that are taller than me, sometimes you need to be put in your place. If the women towers over me  i look at it as a challenge that i hope i am up for . I dont mind be dominated by a hott women. there are worse ways to go out in this world.   so all you tall girls just don't do anything to me that soap wont cure and we are kool see you soon

PLEASE ladies-Always wear high heels- in fact, keep 'em on the entire session. They accent the legs and make a woman oh- so- beautiful.
For those guys that are scared of heights, just ask the lady to take it them off because you may get vertigo from tall heights LOL

At nearly 5'6 I tend not to wear high heels unless they are requested by the guest or if he specifies that he likes hosiery (I don't think hosiery looks good or complete without shoes and unlike Sophie's leggy frame mine looks stumpy in bare-stocking feet).  I favor 4-5 inch heels and so when I wear them I am very tall and I hate hovering over my clients.  Shoes don't really lend themselves to fun positions in bed either.

I usually answer the door in a dress and have on a sexy satin or patent pump like the ones below - but 3 inches only and I quickly slip out of them, especially if the client is short (I really don't want to feel like gigantor with a client unless that is his bag and he indicates it).

I love a lady in heels, but girls are never wearing them when I show up.  Bare feet are not sexy to me.

And I'm fine with stripper heels too.

Then again, I don't have your problem with height.

I can't even walk in heels. lol. But i love Wedges!

If she's tall stripper heels are great..IMO

I should have used an emoticon.  It wasn't meant to be an angry post but rather a funny one.

I'm only 5'8" and prefer not to get a crick in my neck when the door is answered by a high-heeled woman standing over 6 feet.

Legs is legs, breasts is breasts and tushies is tushies, you don't need the heels to accentuate your features.

Solution

It is an easy solution.  If a provider is wearing heels and you dont like them than kindly tell her to take them off.  If you like her in heels than enjoy... ~
