I would suggest a nice bottle of wine or two or perhaps a fifth of bourbon if that is your thing. Bourbon on the rocks, role-play the scene from 9 1/2 weeks with the ice, now you have something good going on....I haven't had a drink in over 11 months now so have a few for me if you go the bourbon route...
If you are going to insist on something unsafe,, a "less unsafe" option might be to get your hands on some Ambien. Not that I am recommending as much, just if you are insistent on doing something unsafe then this would be a less risky option.
I still like my 9 /12 Weeks suggestion, though, if I may say so myself....
