Every few days it seems like a new provider is thinking of adding DC to her travel plans. Here is a recent very informative post with the lay of the land:

I am told by girls working TC that there is no need to have cars or cabs in Tysons for the most part bc all Tysons hotels have free shuttles to major points of interest, esp Tysons Mall I and II, with enough shopping and eateries to keep you happy.  Just .02 extra on this...
