With all the drama and strong arm tactics of LE no fucking way will I see agency ladies. It is too dangerous for your information to get turned over to LE in a court case with an agency. Then you have rogue people working at agencies leaking information to john outing sites, etc.

I do not and will not pay agency fees.

It seems just about every agency around here has been busted or gone out business because of LE tactics.

Performance, chemistry, attitude,  and attraction is what brings me back to see a provider. If I see her pictures and she gives me an erection it is a got to see situation. A provider can be hot even with regular clothes on.

I have dealt with a lot of agencies over the years and will say some are good but you will see more bad one's then good ones.

Yes I do mind paying the extra fee, granted it might only me 50 bucks, but now a days money is a little tight and if you see  2 or 3 ladies a month that's a lot.  

To be at the top of my list, a good ad, great reviews and a good board presents.

As for screening there is not much difference between a Indy and agency, an indy will want to know other providers you have seen, an agency might not ask for that much.  

You have to remember one thing, most agencies will take a cut of your hourly rate, I have heard it is between 30 to 40 % of your rate. This is for advertising you, screening and so fort. So the more appointment you have the more money they make. So for some agencies screening might be a little less important then what an Indy would like to see.

If I'm going to see a lady, I would like to have a good time and know that they will get 100% of the money goes to her  and not have to split with someone else.  Hey, she the one doing all the work, not some one behind a desk.

 
I'm talking about some agencies not all of them, if you do go down this road, just be careful of who you do business with.  

I'm sure some of the ladies can tell you some horror stories about bad agencie

As a customer, the biggest selling points for agencies are (in my experience) - ease of scheduling, and ease in finding a replacement in the case of cancellation. The agencies I've done business with have all been super-prompt and professional with the logistical aspects of a date, whereas indy's can be hit-and-miss (some ladies run their business exceptionally well, and some are slack, frankly).  

That said, I do shy away from agencies nowadays, mostly due to the awful stories I've been told by ladies after they left their agency (ex. ripped off, poor screening, pressured into heavier workload than desired, etc.).  

You're already established, so you don't need to put in some agency time to learn the ropes. Unless you hate managing the logistical aspects and/or don't mind having little choice in who you see, there's nothing they can offer that you can't do yourself.

I've used both, but tend to prefer indies for the reasons others have said.  

Looking at your profile, it may also be that agencies will pressure you to provide services you're not comfortable with in order to get your rate up and increase demand, so you should give some thought to that before deciding to go the agency route.

I agree with all those who favor Indys.  I totally accept a provider's need to have security and an efficient operation, but agencies frequently have too many drawbacks, e. g. overbooking, excessive reliance on hotel rooms, bureaucratic procedures, etc.  I much prefer an Indy who does her own screening/booking or who has a good screener who is a pro and knows how to be both discerning and helpful.  Recently, some agencies require potential customers to jump through hoops to get verified, demand excessive references, have a ponderous "screening committee" system, etc.  I have been pleased over the years with small discreet ops with the savvy to screen out wheat from chaff among potential customers.  I know references are necessary, but who I visit is my own business and checking out a customer should be more flexible, e. g. using various sources of verifiable info, not just personal referrals.  In my book, the Indys have it by a long shot.

1) A hot girl is a hot girl, whether they are indy or from an agency. Agency does have the advantage of screening once for multiple girls (not that screening is an issue for me). They also have a dedicated booker and customer service that you don't have to deal directy with provider.

2) Agency fee? Never heard of'em, and if any agency tries to charge a "membership fee" for cliets, then it's most likely a scam. As a client, I only deal with the final fee, so I have no idea what agencies charge the providers.

3) It differs for everyone, but for me, it's the look, performance, price/value, and service. Even then, it's a complex formula.

4) Again, if the girl is hot, hits all the item in the meny, and has a good and authentic reviews, I don't care if it's indy or agency.

5) As long as the indy has established and reasonable (no real name, DL, work number) screening process, I don't mind.

Personally I wouldn't work with an agency for 2 reasons.

Higher volume to make the same money.

Less control over who comes through your door.

I've been doing this since 2010 and I've rarely come across guys on the boards who only see agency girls other than guys who just want mostly half hour appointments and that don't repeat with girls often.  Some guys like variety and agencies have new faces all the time.  

Instead of 8 half hour or hour appointments a day, I get to sift through for the multi hour requests so I usually max out at 3 in a day. Sometimes 2.  

I'm not saying this is the exact way things are, just what I've observed over the past few years.

I deal with a great agency the girls are great and prices are too. Never heard of fees . I also see a lot of Indy and there great only if I do a lot of homework. A lot of high end indies have asst to do the leg work, I have got stung as a newbie with eros and even 411 with unverified pics. My agency pics are on spot. If you want to really do good go the 100 providers in6 cities and checkout the top ten girls and what they provide and how they treat the men. It's all about performance

Agency vs Indy

1) I started with Agencies as there screening then, and sometimes now, was not as difficult though some agencies are extremely careful.  Agencies will give you lots of work - but some agency providers have told me that they had to tip the scheduler for to either get appointments or control their schedule.  If I "Need"  a date "NOW" or am in an unfamiliar city I will contact an agency. Usually I schedule independents a day or more in advance.    
2) I have found that the fee for the independent providers I see is usually higher than the advertised agency fee.  
3) I look at services provided, the physical attractiveness,   and the "quality" of the experience.
4) Not applicable.
5) I am most comfortable with a low visibility independent provider.

Screening with an agency is great, because once your screened that is it. You are then free to schedule an appointment with any of their ladies and do not have to be rescreened each time. I have also found that screening with agencies is easier. They are not as much interested in finding out if your going to have a good connection with one of their girls, as they are in verifying that your a legit hobbyist and not a threat to on of their ladies.

On the other hand, I have tended to have a better connection with independant ladies. We have generally exchanged a couple of emails before the first meeting and started to build a repore. Then after the meeting, I often hear from them again on occassion, just an email letting me know that they are in town, or that they thought out about me for some reason. Yes, that is a great marketing tool, but it gets me to reschedule an appointment far more often then an agency sending out some non-personalized email blast and some lady is coming to town.

It really depends on what sort of service you are interested in providing?

the talent is also younger and fitter on average.  

but I am picky about agencies.....    there are more iffy ones than great ones in my experience....

The *only* near misses I've had have been with indies.  

The only disappointments at the door (B&S) I've had have been with indies.

The only NCNS or last minute cancellations I've had have been with indies.

And whenever (rarely) there has been an issue with any of the agencies I've dealt with they have gone out of their way to more than make it up to me.

I see indies only very rarely anymore and mostly those with whom I already have an established relationship.  

An indie would have to offer competitive look services and rates and be able to convince me that she is as security conscious as I am....

Why not build up a good client base as an agency girl then go indy?

I've also seen a two ladies do both, independent and agency.

As a former Indy who now owns their agency, I've been on both ends of the spectrum.  There are advantages and disadvantages working for agencies and being Indy. To each their own. It depends on what you want. No need to knock down the business of agencies.  

As long as there's an understanding on both parties and everyone is happy is all that matters.
