When looking for a new provider, which do you prefer to use: Preferred 411 or TER?  And why?

...since I only book with ladies who accept their verification.
Their system is so easy.
I will also look at the TER ads, but the lady will have to also be on P411.

Why? ...It's easy to scan and research. Once I see someone who piques my interest both visually and by what is listed in her profile... then I'll check her website and reviews... If that lines up with my expectations, then I'll send an appointment request from P411.  It's that simple.

I ask because I would think our websites would have more detail and photos. While including the links to the participant boards.

Why?  Because TER ads allow more of an escort's personality to emerge, due to the flexible nature of what escorts can include.  On the other hands, P411 has a uniform format, especially when just looking at the thumbnail sketches.

If I'm in the DelMarVa area, I start with TER discussion board, and then click on providers TER info.  Read through the reviews and then go to the top and go through the various links - personal website, and then P411.  If there isn't enough info on the website or the website requires too much personal information for screening, will try to go through P411.  As noted in a previous post, have been striking out frequently with P411, so have been sticking to agencies.

I would have to agree with you. TER absolutely allow for the provider to show who they are while P411 is more technical and straight forward. All the while TER help the push of the website. Which I think I can say for all us ladies that's where we would like for you gentlemen to look. My reason being is because I put so much work into building it  

You actually have a very detailed routine LOL How are the agencies working out for you?

I'm on there but I'm wondering why it's a deal breaker? The ladies I know use it as one screening tool but it's not the be all.

Agencies have been great with no problems.  The advantage to independents that are local is that they are here for a long time.  So, if I get affixed on a certain lady then there is time to set-up an appointment over a period of weeks.  My schedule is very last minute whether I have time to visit a provider or not.  It is not like I can schedule an appointment a week in advance.  Well, I could, but then it would be a 50-50 if I had to cancel or not.  I have found that if you are a good/excellent client there are many doors that open up for you that otherwise would not occur.  For example, you get priority availability time slots.  It took me forever with one independent to get on her dance card, but after the initial visit it was much easier  to get in contact with her and after several visits I could pick any time to meet with her.  So, this is probably where other hobbyist gets pissed off at getting cancelled - in a couple cases I know it was because she cancelled on them to take my appointment

It is too much of a pain in the ass to fill-in two independents and not knowing if they will come through to verify.  Also, the time for verification can take up to a day or even more at times.  The sessions I have completed were with P411 only and same day.  I read an article that explains why providers want the references, though.  It was interesting and helpful to me in understanding the screening process.  It is not what you would think it was for but another safety factor I had not considered.  

For me, P411 is primarily about ease of screening.  I tend to play only when I travel, and sometimes it can be months between opportunities.  P411 thus gives me an entree with ladies when it comes to screening.  The really good - and thorough- providers still follow up with your oks.  The nice thing is I don't have to go back and look up all that contact info, it's right there on P411 for the provider to see.  TER lets me develop a candidate list based on a variety if criteria based on what I'm "in the mood for" at a particular time.  When used in tandem, they work pretty well for me as I'm something of a research freak.  Websites tell me something about a providers' personality and commitment.  Well done websites can be an indication of someone who wants to "do it right" and I find it often extends to how they treat me.  Our initial communication is important as well.  Finally, I will search the boards for any postings that give me insight into their personality, since in the end, whether or not a personal connection can be established makes the difference between a set of the same activities being ordinary or extraordinary.

hi Steph - I mean no further personal info required.  Ever since I got my first "okays", it was smooth sailing from there, and that's been enough for everyone I've contacted (other than some agency girls).  Of course I've seen the occasional profile that asks for more, but when I do, alas, I enjoy the photos then just move along, realizing it's not meant to be! I am one of those guys who plays very safe, having provided my real name only once, to P411.  Just my comfort level.

I have p411, only because I find it useful for screening.

I didn't feel comfortable giving them my name and ID, because I don't know them and I don't know how it will be used or shared.  I am sure it is fine and I'm being kind of paranoid but Date-Check, BD, and TER don't require it. So that's what has stopped me from using it, otherwise, I think I would.

I learn a lot from TER. And it's entertaining. But mostly educational
