I guess "providers" don't think that people check multiple sites or cities.  As it happens, I just got back from a trip to LA, and when I was there I noticed and recognized this picture:

Unless you're willing to TOFTT, I'd say stay away from everyone involved.

BTW, search for the 702 phone number and you get back ads from a provider called Amanda, using the same number and picture, plus 2 more pictures that may or may not be of the same person.
