Many organizations who call themselves Agencies by old school rules aren't. Over time definitions get polluted. If you're an Agency you should be doing incall and outcall. With that in mind go where you need to go and they should send the associate to you, provided it's in their service area.
Most DC area agencies worth their salt should service DC and a 50 mile radius. Hell our service area is from Harrisburg PA to Vienna VA. Of course theses days most of this new generation are too freak-en lazy and want you to come to them. Which in my mind makes you a brothel not an agency/ escort service.
Decide where you want to be ahead of time then, check out the websites of local services and if their site doesn' address outcalls make an inquiry.
Yes, I know, I'm an old foggie who expects way too much from these participation trophy, everyone is a winner or special, pass or fail no grade loving, can't take constructive criticism 20 somethings.
Those of you who are small business owners and have 18 - 20 somethings for employees know what I'm talking about. Which just makes it completely unfair for the 18 - 20 somethings who are exceptional, the others don't come close.
