As long as she offers three out of the following four services:

Kissing with tongue, bareback blow job, really bi and anal sex. Each service gets one extra point with 10 being the absolute maximum. 7 is the most a provider can get if she does not offer any of the above services. She does not have to actually perform any of the services to be eligible for the extra points as some clients might not wish to  partake in them.

I don't understand why that single service should be a requirement for a 10.

Actually , in my experience babes that do offer Greek tend to get inflated scores in Appearrance.
