Brother, let me testify to you about a couple of things....

1 - It IS a royal pain in the butt to have to haul one's ass up towards Baltimore from DC to meet a fav that only does incalls in that area.  The beltway sucks, I-95 sucks, the parkway sucks, thank goodness the providers suck (in the good way) as well.  But I digress.  My car steering wheel has my fingers imprints imbedded in them due to my frustration making that drive.  Why are the good ones up that way?  
2 - Noel is worth the drive.
3 - Yes, you will fall in love with her.
4 - Noel is disciplined enough for the both of you.  No, not a domme (that I know of), but she has her head on straight and priorities in order.
5 - Go for it!

Travel in the morning and avoid I95. She is worth the drive.

I am in agreement - she is worth the drive no matter what you gotta do...
