Try flying a small plane for hours, or long distance and duration flights in a glider, you wear one all day then, with a rubber tube connected at the end and either strategically placed to drain outside or into a bag. - Called the Texas Catheter - that's what I had visions of Guz suggesting that’s what he does now.....
I watch the LA board regularly and there have been several treads lately about the increasing occurance of requests (from hobbyists to providers) for bareback FS and offers by providers to hobbyists of bareback. Setting aside, for a moment the incredible risk associated with this, I'm curious to know how often in the last 6 months you hobbyists have been offered bareback by a provider. Say what it is as a precentage of the number of sessions you've had in the last6 months so readers can compare answers with one another (or with their own experience)
For me it's been zero (out of about 10 sessions). I wouldn't do it even if offered but I am curious.

Well, I'm zero for well over 30. I want to KEEP it that way. I have never asked and don't want to be asked. One gal was so adept at condom use and placement that she had me wondering for a while. I didn't know for 100% sure until she took it off (and she did that inobtrusively as well).
Every single time!

As a provider I think it is crazy to offer bareback. Some hobbyists do not see it that way. They know we prodivers get regular STD tests and are strict about condoms. I have never heard of a provider offering bareback serivces.
Rather, I hear all the time of gentleman asking for bareback. And like most guys (since I first starting having sex in college), a lot of guys push the envelope and try their hand at going all the way without a condom, and it is usually up to the provider to set the limits. If a provider does do bareback, it is probably under pressure of the gentleman.
Just my two cents

Come up with the 100% proven safe and instant results test - I'm there. And fortunately, the only other thing to worry about this practice won't happen here, is the unexpected and unwanted pregnancies - I shoot blanks.
When it use to be safe (or not life threatening), I was glad mine where blanks just in case I was aiming at the wrong target at least... It helps some now not making those mistakes since don't drink as much as I use to, but my eye sight is starting to take it's place when it comes to making mistakes... But, in this hobby, I've been fortunate not to have made any mistakes with the exception of pissing off some who can't stand to read my worthless comments, and go off writing there own - LOL... I'll probably here about this..
I mean Why do we always see this question coming up?!
Is it that bad to wear a condom??! As someone who knows, wearing a condom is NOT BAD at all. Its NOT Terrible! Its not anything. I perfer to wear one. Whether its in the hobby or outside of it. I wear one. Regardless of the situation. No matter what. I wear one. AND its NOT bad at all. I don't get it and I've never gotten it. Even in high school/College, I remember the guys saying they hate it and I ALWAYS used to say "Get Over it, Its not bad. Its better than NOT wearing one and shitting bricks wondering about what you just did!"
So I'm wondering where does all this come from?? Because its not JUST in the hobby, Its outside of the hobby too!
Is it just the fasincation of having bareback with a provider?? Taking the ultimate risk?? If you want the Ultimate risk, join the Military and go jump out of a airplane into the middle of Iraq while taking gunfire.
I wish we would let this die. Because its very very annoying.
People need to grow up and get some sense.

I've had a few ladies mention to me that some guys are becoming more insistent on BBFS. I actually had one make it clear to me that if I had any problems with using a condom to let her know immediately so she could leave. Kudos to her for taking that approach.
I would bet most of the guys who are pushing for this are probably less than 40 years old.
You know how we have "extreme sports" that only extreme assholes seem to engage in for the "rush" and all that other bullshit? Well, the "extreme sports" crap was started by these guys when they were a few years younger. But now they have a few grey hairs and maybe a gut. Their once hot gf is now a celibate soccer mom with an suv and a size 16 ass. But since deep down they're still "hard-core," with an "untamed spirit" they have to prove to each other. Since their bodies and life insurance companies don't allow them to partake in "extreme" activities, they have to find a substitute. So they come up with "extreme fucking." Because nothing is as hard-core as a guy banging a chick for 30 seconds and then filling her with his DNA. Or at least that's what they think. Basically it lets them think they're a stud. Even though, you can go to any bar tonight, and if you're willing to set your standards low enough, and find a girl who's drunk enough, she'll let you cum in her all night for the price of a few drinks. The problem is, the "hard-core" and "untamed" guys have wives who don't allow them to go out on the weekends.
Here's the real low-down on extreme sports. Average slobs bungee jump all the time and seldom do people get injured. I've done 150 on a motorcycle. At that speed, the only reason you wear gloves or a helmet is so your next of kin can ID what's left, and have an open casket. So in a sense I'm extreme. Extremely stupid for taking risks like that.
If you live in the suburbs and your wife has vinyl soccer ball decals plastered on her leased SUV, you're not extreme. If you drive a minivan with a bumper sticker pointing out that your kid is an honor student somewhere, you're not hard-core. If you work in a cubicle and worry about job security everytime someone mentions downsizing middle management you're not untamed. Do you know what you are? You're average. Get over it. Maybe had you worried more about your studies and less about being cool, you wouldn't sit around on the weekends drinking with your buddies and their fat wives waxing nostalgic about the glory days of high school.
Guz, you're right, it's about some foolish notion of risk.
I'll take banging a chick with a condom over jerking off any day.
I would never receive bareback FS. Nor has it been offered by any provider I've seen, thankfully. This is good example of why being selective and careful is important. I would hate to have a few moments of bliss determine the rest of my life. I also have too much respect for my significant other. Thank you for raising the subject. It's a good reality check.
I have never been offered bb, I have thought it would be nice but the risk is not worth the reward, and thid also insures the best sex I will have will be at home with my so, or myself...lol. Good topic.
Every provider I've ever seen has made me wear a condom, rubber gloves, rubber galoshes, and various parts of a wet suit.
The reasons usually range from "I'm a clean freak" to "Lex, you're just plain icky."
Lifetime, I have had offers from...
Three from SAP (before they disappeared). One from SFE. Two from Syds (now defunct). One from MC.
Also two indies and one from Angeliques who is now indie.

I think it's foolish to have bbfs. Too much of a risk (STD's, preg...) for a few minutes of fun.
It's been an interesting 20 hours. Looks like most who actually annswered the question have not had any offers off BBFS and have not requested it. One or two have had offers but no one has requested it. Unscientific, to be sure, but it looks like this doesn't happen as much as in DC as they say it does in LA.
Just a request to those who don't like the thread. If that is the case, just ignore it and go on to a thread you DO like. Clearly, some people do find this an interesting topic - even if you don't. Why not just move on to another topic or start one of your own? If it really has been "beat to death", then it will die the death it deserves. If it hasn't it will get "play". Live and let live, OK?
Your question asking if providers have offered was simple to answer and not out those who did. But, when someone comes forward and says they were offered, I bet that person gets PM's and asked to out the person or is asked by those who seek this dangerous behavior.
However, the question if hobbyist asks for it, would not be publicized for fear of a repeat of being ostracized. The problems in the past is where some hobbyist BC those provider who do and to some of us who don't want to know, but should just to consider the health safety issue.
Those who seek this will not do so publicly. Some have actually posted in their review, but most of those have since been edited out. TER once ran a poll asking a similar question which may still be available if that helps.
If you wanted a survey, you should have started one. If this was so important keep it to the National Board and don't bring it here..
Life sure aint what it seems when it is so easily thrown away. Its amazing what people will do for ca$h but even more disturbing when they feel they have to keep their status intact and justify their overhead and hourly rate. It happens more often than you think.
If someone is going to take that risk there's really nothing I can do to stop them. I'm not saying I condone the activity, I'm saying that I assume most people engage in bbfs whether on the job or in their personal life. Accepting that people are going to do that is part of the risk we take, and therefore should look to what is in our best interests first.
What makes me upset is that some providers who get upset forget that the men have BBFS with their wives. If a man has BBFS with a provider, then the risk is high. Sex is risky all around. Glove up every time. Personally I avoid certain men that have seen certain women, but that is my choice.
I have not been offered nor would I be interested. However there have been times when the condum burst. Not with a provider but a girlfriend. For this reason I generally bring my own, magnums. Incidently I have been tested periodically and recently for STD's and remain negative.
A crazy notion with all the risks and incredible that anyone would even think this is a good idea.
It even makes me question the mental thought of folks in LA to conceive this thought.
BTW - I would rather wear two than none at all.
I'm always a little dumbfounded and befuddled when a gentleman asks. My answer is always the same... "If I said yes to you, it'd mean I say yes to other people too, in which case it's entirely unsafe, so why would you want to?"
That's a hard limit for me, there are so many other things you can do if that is really that big an issue for you.
Condom use takes practice... and practice makes perfect!
