I was fortunate to make the acquaintance of a lovey lady via Eros a few days ago, she's staying in town all week. So I was surprised when her ad disappeared from the site. I checked her Twitter to see if she'd left town and as it was, Eros had banned her from the site and pulled her ads without any provocation or reason. Her attempts to contact them for an explanation fell on deaf ears. Now I see that this is not an uncommon occurance - providers get banned, Eros keeps their money. Anyone local have this happen to them?
I have heard of this happening to several ladies. Never could understand why they don't warn you first though or give you a second chance. They just cut you off. Not sure what this particular lady did, but must have violated some policy. Heard that they will ban you for life, in some cases. SMH. Crazy to me, but not my site.
I don't understand how/why they do this either because they review your ad before posting and also review any edits you make to a currently existing ad. If it doesn't meet their standards, they will send it back and detail edits that need to be made before it can be posted.
I have a friend who has been banned for life and still has no idea why. They did not refund her the prorated amount when they took her ads down (the T&C details they won't refund you if they take down your ads) and she has tried to reach out multiple times to no avail. They won't let her buy any new ads either
...one staff member might not even agree the next one about a certain violation. Annoyingly inconsistent.

...they don't give a shit about the tens of thousands many ladies have invested in them. They get ban happy over the smallest offenses like words that are prohibited to them which they are not very consistent about. One month a word will be prohibited and the next it's fine but of course they don't tell you that .... one example is Nuru used to be a "no no word" but...now it's not etc. It can yield great biz but yeah a lot of their staff (esp legal team) are very inconsistent and paranoid to the point of ridiculousness.
They got me for prohibited words but never told me what the word(s) were. I never used anything crazy beyond Nuru (which had become okay to use some don't think it was that) GFE, PSE so *shrugs* lol. Sometimes their ban hammer is permanent and for others it's not.
