Based on your price range and great reviews, my view is that TER and Eros are pretty much your best source for clients.  Other than that, a glowing mini from one of your first clients (preferably someone who is respected on the TER boards) would help (hint ).  I would recommend that you stay away from BP because those hobbyists are typically not looking to spend more than 200 per hr and more often less than 100 for 30 minutes.  TER is the most respected site around here by far and it tends to draw a professional and polite clientele.
