On May 1, there was a post here looking for local providers who are "gym rats". I have a similar interest in any providers in the DC area who are Cross Fit enthusiasts. I am becoming interested in learning more about CF myself and am very intrigued about seeing a provider who benefits from the functional fitness regime. Are there any out there?

Are you looking for Cross-Fit providers only?  I am P90X style of training with running.  I have always been in good shape, but I have been training intensely for 14 months.
