Probably that there is a reply button. Reply to her ad, tell her she forgot to add her contact info, and ask her how are you supposed to get a hold of her?

You can always hit "reply" on the ad to email the provider.

I guess that they can get messages through BP. Never tried it, but I've seen this before on BP, it's not as uncommon as you might think.

BP edits out the phone number if they the ad has been flagged as underage.

The location information is too vague. We need to know where she is Arlington, Tysons, etc. Best to avoid and see someone who is more mature and up front with the information.
