I am hoping support somehow sees this message. I pretty much have not been able to get full use of my membership for several days. The page is totally scrambled...The DC message board is pretty much the only board I can even get on. Many prompts are messing. The main reason I subscribe to TER is the review board. It does not even show up on the one page I can obtain...so no reviews for me.
OK...I know..."send a problem report". But that solution is not an option because things are so screwed up I can not get that page to work.
SOoooo...what should I do. The site is not functioning and because it is such a tech mess I can't even report it to their geek genius's.
I couldn't solve the problem of the scrambled web page, so I simply used Mozilla for a browser instead of Explorer. It displays perfectly with Mozilla.

I was having all kinds of problems navigating the site but clearing cache/ cookies helped a lot. I have had to clear them twice but it has been operating fine now for a while.
