Now that's a pretty negative mini but all  in all I'll take your word for it.....

You should call them up and let them know, although they do read the posts here I believe. If it's as you say it is, I have seen Emma remove a girl that doesn't work well. From what I've seen she's very responsive to making sure she has the right type of girls.

I was going to make an appt with her because the photos do look hott, guess I will need to see someone else instead...

Thank you for the full and open disclosure.  It can be difficult to put it out there, with providers and agencies having certain expectations, and knowing that potential future providers may see your posts.  But telling it how it is is just the thing that gives this board its credibility.  I'm sorry to hear about your experience, but I had seen April's pics on EGC and have more than once considered an appointment.  Your post really helps me with any further consideration of that idea.  

I suppose if there's something that April or EGC want to offer in defense or as a compensatory gesture, they have the perfect opportunity in this thread to do so, another great feature of the TER site.  Many thanks.

An interesting assessment but very much different from my own. I was April’s first appointment on this visit but was unable to do a mini due to work demands. If I had done a mini, it probably would have read something like this: April is quite an attractive young Texan with a very fine, toned body who provides a very nice GFE time. From the moment of arrival, it was game on and non-stop action for 45 minutes. While she has been providing for about 9 months, she still emits an aura of innocence, perhaps as a result of the orthodontics she wears and her exceptional tightness.

EGC is always striving to provide the best models available in the industry while always trying to maintain the best level of customer service and experience.  It is unfortunate that one customer was not 100% satisfied.  That is not the norm here at EGC.  We appreciate our customer's honesty, however.  It allows us to make the necessary changes when needed.  At the end of the day, everyone is entitled to their opinion.  One customer was happy, while the other was not.  That is the nature of the beast.

On another note.   It is so sad that after so long, Emma (a third party) continues to slander our name and our reputation.  EGC is far from dishonest.  A dishonest agency WOULD NOT have such an outstanding positive feedback record.  A dishonest agency WOULD NOT continue to grow at such a rapid rate as we have.  A dishonest agency WOULD NOT have happy, satisfied models working with them. Our growth and reputation speaks for itself, and it will continue to do so.  

In conclusion, DB911, we apologize for the fact that we were not able to provide a great experience for you in this visit.  We appreciate your honesty and will address the issue accordingly.   On Emma's comment, we are and will continue to be a reputable and honest agency.  Our customers know it, and our models prove it.  We will not engage in any further back and forth  with third parties on this issue.  To reiterate the one comment that Emma was correct on. We are no longer affiliated with Emma any longer.  We respect her decision to move on and do not slander her.  We would appreciate the same respect from her as well.

and I hope that continues.  The mini on April and her one review have me wondering about her (not the agency which has been good to me).  With respect to April, maybe she just had an off day - who hasn't - I'm sure EGFC will deal with it.  With respect to April, her pictures look hot and she is on my radar screen, but I will be a little cautious since the poster of this thread also seems to be credible.

That was a rational and professional way of handling the situation, don't see that every day in this industry. Nice to know there are other professionals out there in our markets.

I don't profess to know or understand the Emma situation however you do have a reasonable point. Your relationship is over, both parties need follow their own path irrespective of the other. In the big picture there is little to be gained by continual bashing, mutual or not. Clients ultimately don't really care to read it and it sullies both parties image.
