If you're in the Tyson's Corner area, Woo Lae Oak is a really good Korean restaurant. It is a little pricey, though. If you're looking for something that is less pricey, then you may like Honey Pig in Annandale
Annandale is the center of Korean town in the DC area but for my money the best Korean restaurant is Heebeen on Lttle River Turnpike in western Alexandria near Landmark. They have great Bulgogi as well as Sushi with reasonably priced all you can eat deals.
