Every once in a while you really screw up and owe some one an apology.  I did, here is the story, and Michelle, I am sorry I screwed up your evening.

We had been texting back and forth for a couple of days trying to set up a meeting.   She was very accommodating and responsive.  I had been wanting to meet with her for a while based on her excellent reviews.

We agreed on a time to meet after work for me on the way home. It was going to be a short meeting based on my schedule and lack of time.  She bent over backwards to make it work, and unfortunately, I misunderstood her incall and arrived at the  wrong place.  I texted her to let her know and she was understandably upset having moved other clients around to accommodate me.

I was backed up in traffic due to work being done at the mall and knew I would not be able to make it as I had scheduled this on a tight timeline.  My fault. I screwed up and cost her at least a couple of appointments due to my misunderstanding.

Not sure if Michelle will see this or feel that I should get a second chance based on my screw up, but I wanted to post that I was sorry, I screwed up, probably cost her money, and understand if she is pissed and refuses any future correspondence from me.  Time is money.  I am in the service business myself and understand her anger.  She was right.

Thank you for the apology and the pm, I did get a little angry about it as you said I had postponed others to make our time work, but in the end my day turned out alright. I appreciate this note I responded to you in private and I hope we can work this out I think I would still enjoy meeting you, hopefully we can work something out :)
