When I check the link I don't go to anyone named Olga. If I search for a provider in the DC area named Olga also nothing comes up.
Of course I hardly ever look on that site (only in situations like this really where someone is pointing to something there) and never booked anyone due an ad there so maybe just me/user error. Or could be the answer to your question.

Have you done a reverse phone number search? http://www.usphonebook.com/ Comes back with name and address. VOIP number in the ad and about 6 prior numbers associated with the listed owner. The people I deal with don't keep changing their number but....
