where are best ads for legit/independent providers? (High quality, Caucasian, in DC)

Have been out of the game for years and just rejoined.  Backpage seems (1) 90% African-American and (2) 80% in the burbs.  Eros seems mostly burbs and almost all agencies.  What's the best way to find independent providers/non-pros in DC.  Sugar baby websites?
