Ditto to the above.  I look for ladies on P411 and use the profiles there to narrow the list, then I follow up with researching the reviews here on TER.

The verification sites really really help.
I like TER for being able go socially interact with others outside of only pursuing my services.  

and Meet and Greets are great. P411 and Date-Check are helpful, EROS as well if you are careful. Other review sites. I enjoy perusing BP sometimes, but it is risky and I seldom TOFTT.

I never go to eros directly, I only look at the ads for the ladies that have TER reviews. Saves a lot of time filtering out the unknown quantities. Thanks Lamont!

Regarding TER, I used to look just on the regional discussion forum for (1) providers providing responses and the (2) reviews section.  Check out (3) "newest reviews" because it seems a lot of new providers pop-up there versus new reviews for well reviewed providers (hope that made sense).  Also, finding reviewers that have similar taste to yours is also helpful.  The (4) PM function works really well if you make good contacts behind the scenes on TER.  Put all that with the (5) local advertisement board, TER works really well.  (6) P411 works great for screening and finding a local or two that you might have missed here.  Peruse a few other boards, but that is more for backchannel information on the hobby versus finding providers.

Love to see the profiles,& see the ok's.Eros was my favorite before P411 & DC.
