It’s getting tougher for me to get enough new reviews to stay current with my VIP membership. I would pay for it, but want to avoid credit cards, or anything traced back to me. What are some good ways to do it?

Go to Walmart.  Buy a gift card of any value.  
You can redeem the value of the card for days on TER.

I don't need to pay very often but it's getting to that point again. The few times I've paid I used gift cards. Not sure if that's still an option.

Yes, I have used the Walmart gift card for years.
Always pay cash for the card.
