Tantra is a Sanskrit/Hindi word form that best translates to black magic, but with not such evil connotation. In the West it has come to be known as sexual techniques (perhaps derived from the Kama Sutra and certain Yoga forms) that can heighten, prolong or delay orgasms. The ultimate goal seems to be attain an ongoing, continuous orgasmic state. My take on it anyway.
