Forgive my dullness, but..

is the reference to TER supposed to mean that if the celebs had used TER and discretion they would not have been busted?  
If so, I agree, but it seems celebrities get imbued with an attitude of being untouchable and numerous interviews reveal many are not very bright.

And don't the celebs have people that can handle this kind of thing for them -- tell them not to wander into the streets and pick up a street walker?   Geez, what are they paying their entourage for?
