Just to let you know -- there are three places on your "Welcome" page where the text of two paragraphs blends together, and the horizontal bars meant to set off the information section and the flashing suns at the bottom are also placed improperly.  I'm viewing the page in Firefox 1.0.7, and it appears that whoever put your page together screwed up the vertical alignment of the various elements.

It makes it hard to read, and since the gist of the paragraphs seems to be "Follow instructions and provide employment info, or no appointment", it would help if the text were actually readable so we could all know exactly what to do.

Basic webmastering -- check the page in multiple browsers before releasing it to the public.  The page looks fine in Internet Explorer, but it's horked in Firefox.  I don't have Opera loaded on this machine, or I'd check it with that, too.  Yell at your web guy until he fixes it.
