As a young teen we would drive down 14th street looking for cheap BJ's .  
This isn't what most of us on this site are looking for.  
This is the bottom of the barrel. And has little bearing on most of the mongers that follow TER.  
At least for me.

When you walk outside in public? Like when you are in DC or somewhere in PG, or MOCO, and you are walking outside...is it near certain metro stops? Can you tell me any direct observation you have made?

Agreed Golf, just noting backward intent of laws that were passed. In fact, more difficult to track down the real traffickers now that they aren't operating in the open. Back in the shadows. More women now exposed to the dangers of being on the street.

I used to cruise 14th street back in the 70s also. You never knew what was going to happen with a street walker. So I can see how the new rules are pushing the scene backwards. I prefer the GFE of internet ladies compared to the old days of one and done, if you were lucky and didn't get scammed or mugged.
