There are twelve reviews provided. Every lady received a 7 for performance and all but one received an 8 for looks. I guess this is possible but in two of the instances that I checked the only other reviewer identified a bait and switch situation:

The only lady that did not receive an 8 for looks got a 10, her only 10 in 4 pages of reviews.

I hope the second reviewer of Brooke, which is the review that caught my eye, did not visit based on her one earlier review. I guess this reinforces the importance of not only checking out reviews but also checking out the reviewers, which was my main reason for posting this message.

Some of the ladies reviewed are well reviewed local providers, may not be fair to have them lumped in with the automatic 7's.

I have a theory here and Im going to be direct  and same you some time. I think the answer to your question is that some of the reviews are fake. The "reviewer" repeats the same info from the current reviews, changing a few words here and there. Upon acceptance, this will get him VIP status for a few seeks. This is, I think, why the same girls get reviewed over and over again. Literally hundreds of girls with ads all over the place and only a small percentage of them some fame by being reviewed. Does that seem odd to you? Does to me, but by dreaming up and posting a review Basic members can get two weeks of VIP status. If anyone can offer more information or another slant on this, I'd welcome it. Ive probably lived here too long and my outlook is hopelessly cynical!

Ditto. Reviews are all variations on the same theme -- fill in the blanks. The question for TER is how to thwart this and other like-minded individuals who reduce the value of the currency for all. Perhaps a BC/PM from moderator is in order to challenge him.

I don't think posting fake reviews is ever right, since your only taking from the board and not contributing to the board(actually you are detracting from the board). I think throwing another review onto a ladies profile that has 10 pages of reviews is bad (even if it is similar to her other reviews), but it is worse to put a review out there for someone that may be a bait/switch operation or a rip off. You are wasting other peoples time and money, and potentially putting them into a bad situation.

Not sure if I agree that fake reviews are why some ladies have a huge number of reviews, while so many ladies have zero reviews. I have found that if someone provides a high level of service for a reasonable amount of time they will be reviewed if they want to be. I think the reason so many ladies on Eros have no reviews is that they are rip offs (in some way) and are constantly changing names and numbers so that reviews do not catch up with them. Uh oh, guess I am getting cynical too.

Only thing seems to change sometime is the scenery..I will give an honest assesment for the ladies I have seen and hope that helps the guys out.I just don't like writing them..

Hmmm, sounds like an excellent argument for why a certain "someone" who many of us know and love decided to delist herself from TER.  I can guarantee you that she had many more than a couple pages of reviews too.  Most were outstanding, because she was (and I trust still IS).

 Damn, now I'M getting cynical.  Sheesh, if we ALL get cynical there won't be any more reviews.  Hey in my reviews, I try not to fit in that standard "mold" we've been describing.  Takes a long time and bunches of effort though.

Jeep, I would say that most of OUR reviews do NOT fit that "humdrum mold".  Since you brought up that "credibility issue", I want to leave a legacy here that I was at LEAST credible (and I believe you have the same desire in your reviews and posts).  As for your "proclivity legacy", well I abandoned all hope of achieving THAT one a LONG time ago...

 Only problem with credibility is that some may feel that one is too credible and too graphic.  To that I say, if ya' can't stand the graphic "porn", then perhaps you're in the wrong hobby.  As for the providers, well it comes with the territory.  Besides ladies, most guys want PROOF that you are a wanton, heathen, sluten BEFORE they come to visit.  Sort of a pre-requisite, if you will....

Whew, and to think you had me worried there for a while that you were going to overtake me in your number of reviews.  I guess that is sort of the "penalty" when one wants to "settle down" more with a certain beloved, select "crew" of providers and only "hobby out" into the "woods" occasionally.  Now it's nice to know that I may still have a shot to stay AHEAD of you (with all your review writin' hatin' and such)....

This is the incenitive structure that TER has put in place.  In fact, if you put up a review that is inconsistent with other reviews,you'll get rejected and the reason why its different is becuase it is not a fake review.  They really have to think about a better incentive structure.

Only reason I started is because of slipry.. I have seen a lot of ladies over the last two years but reviews were never my style.. I can count at least 10 or 15 ladies but who is counting..lol Can I count my little gf who I have seen over 15 or 20 times..lol Now leave me alone..

Yes - of course they are BS.  I noticed the same thing the other day doing some research on Brooke.  I had the same thought - she looked like Anna as the last reviewer posted.  Ashame she is not real - - but let's understand that this will happen because folks are after the VIP status.  Frankly, I hate to write a review as well and try to do it when I am early in the mix (few reviews), experience something different or exceptional.  Best best - do your homework and know your reviewer.  

He is a fellow board member and we try to be pc..lol I agree when I see Jeop/DC/JPC/JT/Slipry, I know I have an honest review.. I also PM so of these guys if I like the lady..

Whew, glad that's cleared up.  I never had a chance of competing or winning anyway.  So now I can just sit back and enjoy the hobby, with no pressure.
