I was perusing the poll archive (yes, i was procrastinating, instead of getting to some work i need to do.....)

and i came across the following two polls (see below), which when considered together, gave me a little pause.    They are both pretty old (i think ... i had to scroll down thru the archive pretty far), and i would be curious to see them re-run now.  On the other hand, the results are pretty striking given these were wholly unscientific self-reporting polls.  In other words, i would think the bias in such a poll would tend to over-report results in the negative on both of these polls.  

Since, i actually find the posts on this board usually thoughtful and smart about these issues, I would be interested in reactions.   Ok, here are the two polls (and you can check them yourselves by looking at the poll archives).

[i just realized now that they both have exactly the same percentage break .... no, not all the polls in the archive are 43/56.....]    

I'm surprised that many people bareback.  That's never an option right?  Unless this site was here in the 70s. ;p

Does that include bareback blow job?  Or was it limited to BB Full Service?  If it was BB FS I would be surprised there are that many out there, I only know of one provider that would even consider it and I have avoided her since I found out she did BB FS

I have only had one experience where the girl tried to hussle me into going bareback. She said we can do no condum for an additional $100. As hot as she was I said thanks but no thanks. It actually killed the mood for me.

Taking into consideration how comfortable she was offering this. I asumed she was already a carrier of some sort of major STD and had no worries. I went on to get tested a couple times after this session and wound up getting put on High Blood Pressure medication.

Sadly there are some twits that have plenty of great reviews here on the boards that will do BBFS. I know of 1 thats retired andf 2 that arent..and I think they are STUPID!!

I've had BBFS with a CL provider and didn't think too much of it as this was the only time that I had done this. If everyone was as genuinely concerned about STDs they'ld do CBJs all the time because STDs are also spread this way. As it is, this activity is deemed so risky that you're not allowed to donate blood if you engage in it. My advise is to use your judgement, retain a physician who has some experience with adressing sexual health, and get tested regularly at private clinics.
