I don't think that much has changed. All these acronyms pretty much boil down to the same thing. You want the best experience, it's going to cost you. It used to be ypou paid a base rate then got upsold for all the stuff you really want. I recently saw a lady from ILuvHot Agency and it was pretty clear you weren't going to get a BBBJ or DFK unless you paid the GFE+ rate.
