Im from Boston and new to the area I guess providers down here need referrals and none of my previous providers will give them. All the agency's around here need at least 2-3 it seems im dying over here someone help!

Providers generally shy away from clients with a lot of low/negative reviews. I agree with Amber- do your homework, find some quality, well-reputed ladies who will see you with employment verification, write some complimentary reviews, and work towards building a better hobbyist reputation. Your reviews might also be the reason no one you've seen will provide a reference... and that's a red flag.
