Like if i stick with one for a few appointments is it possible for them to call up agency x and say hes legit and get me approved?

I looked at your review history and I see you haven't any reviews with any prominent K agencies that I saw. If you have a relationship with one I suggest you write a few before you ask for a favor. They probably won't make the call but might give you a nod if you're a regular. Ask first.
