How does a provider get delisted?

that her profile is no longer accessible and neither are her reviews. There are couple of ways that can happen.

1. She did something against the TER rules and they delisted her.
2. She decided to retire and requested TER to delist her.

Their profile can no longer be found on the site. A provider can request to be de-listed for any number of reasons and can be re-listed under certain conditions.  They can be delisted by Admin or Banned for other reasons.
