I've had numerous cancellations due to flu outbreak :/
I totally understand - and thank the men for thinking with the head on their shoulders and sparing me an illness.
But it got me thinking...how are the other ladies and gents dealing with it?

Hopefully, this outbreak will subside soon

I've been staying away from ppl too, i have been fortunate to keep certain appts but those who cancel im not even mad! i totally rather them not risk my health or theirs or their SO's! i just hope this all blows over soon, i seen on the news so many ppl died. imagine? i died from the flu bc my ATF gave it to me! LOL scandalous!

i cant believe thats happening, i mean with all the high tech meds and machines in hospitals - i just dont understand tho (?) my mother was a nurse, and i took many courses on nursing & it boggles my mind to think something as petty as the flu will kill ppl!

(bored playing with my photobooth thingy on mac :) )

...... get a pneumonia shot.  It is recommended for people later in life, but because I have asthma, my pulmonologist administered one.  So far; so good.  I was cautious at first, as I thought I was getting a cold, but it was allergies, due to live Christmas decorations.

Hugs and Kisses,
Kelly

.....Hi Rebecca!

So far so good sweetie.  Have only seen my ATF (Nikki Banks) since the outbreak, but thankfully both she and I seem to have avoided it so far.

Stay smart, stay safe and stay healthy honey.

It hit me New Years Day and I had dates planned for the following two days. I had to cancel those and all those in talks for the next weeks. So I've been on self-imposed quarantine since that day even though I felt better after 3 or 4 days. I am super excited to have dates again this week though! Lots of pent up energy ;)

Since I haven't been active, I haven't had cancellations really, but I would gladly welcome that versus having to awkwardly turn someone away once it's clear that they are sick. It all serves as a reminder to up the ante with precautionary tactics: don't forget the vitamins, supplement with Airborne or similar, eat more healthily than usual, keep drinking to a minimum, lots of rest, and avoid the obviously ill!
