To whom?  To you, any BBBJ is risky for potential STDs.  If you see someone who does CIM, I would think your risks are greater, but I don't really know from a medical standpoint.  Maybe someone else can advise.

If there are any health care folks out there, now is the time to set things straight... HIV is not transmitted via oral...however, if any open sores or bleeding gums, anything might be transmitted....

You CAN get STD from oral activity.  Maybe not HIV, but the other STDs you can.  Check out the NIH web site for more info.
