Case in point, the majority of men are drawn to ladies with hips that are wide in propotion to waist. It signals sexual viability in that they would bear children with few complications. Men who find no factor tend to have had strong female rolemodels during childhood & adolescence.
Boobs, more financially stable (or those with fiscal responsibility) are not focused on women with large boobs on a small frame. A to B cups are the preferred range. Gents who can't manage finances too well are drawn to D-cup+ boobs and a heftier lady due to the subconscious recognition that they would provide well for progeny.
Now, buttocks. Men who are drawn to larger buttocks are more often than not simply attracted to the curvature of the spine. A signal that relays that the woman would again, easily bear children. Small booty, big booty, spine curve matters.
Plastic surgery can provide most of these things.
To directly answer your question, what makes them special are the guys that go for that type of look and use their little head for a brain.....LOL!!
My actual response is that some ladies will do whatever they can to "keep up" or increase their business. If it means "going plastic" then so be it. Some get it done better than others but that is a different discussion.
I look at things in this way.....ladies will charge what the market (in this case DC) will bear for the services they're willing to provide and the targeted market they're going after. If some feel they can get more $$$ by enhancing their looks, some will. As for the services they provide and the perceived value by the gents, that will wash out after a few reviews now won't it? As a friend used to say....when her phone stops ringing, she'll make the necessary changes whether it be price or services or both. It all depends on what she is willing to do and for how much.
There are many, many different types of ladies and notwithstanding Amber's attempt at dissecting male sexual preferences, many gents have varied interests. If a lady decides to alter her natural look for business, she most likely chooses what she thinks will attract more guys. Right or wrong in someone else's eyes, it is an individual choice for her and "going plastic" is one way to get more attention from any number of gents, groups, etc. Some ladies are not that "calculating" but there are plenty that are.
From a personal standpoint, I prefer a natural lady and many different body types at that. That is not to say I have not see any "plastic ladies".....quite the contrary. But I tend to look at a lady and her style, look, etc. as a whole person and not pick her apart for a boob job, nose job, etc. as a factor on whether I want to see them or not.
