This looks like City-girls.com or vipangels24hours.com. All highly attractive, eastern euro, $400 an hour and DC. There used to be some reviews for VIP Angels, but they came off TER. Otherwise, all 3 agencies lack reviews, have insanely hot girls and are in DC. Usually there are 1 or 2 in DC, w most being in NOVA.  
I should take the plunge as white young and attractive is not as common, esp in DC. If anyone goes, I would love to know and have all 3 agencies be verified and viable.
Places that are 24/7 worry me, as the girls may be high volume or there are B squad fill ins, which is no good.

As a note, the VIP Angels reviews were positive, when around. Very attractive women matching their ad, but glamorized, which isn't a surprise. Just a note that they were all CBJ, which sucks at $400.

XO Companions has hot women, some reviews and on a rotating schedule making it more viable.
